Committee Purpose:
To reinforce the value of design-build in building sustainable projects by:
- Producing a chapter in DBIA’s Design-Build Manual of Practice;
- Authoring magazine articles in reputable industry publications;
- Taking a position on sustainability and design-build (to be approved by the Policy and Standards Committee) and leading the effort in influencing USGBC and its direction; and
- Maintaining the relevance of the Sustainability Course (in conjunction with the Education Committee).
