National Design-Build Project Awards
Each year DBIA honors design-build projects that demonstrate successful application of design-build principles. In addition to being completed on-time and on-budget, award winning projects all have exhibited collaboration in the early stages of the project and the acceptance of single-entity risk. They are chosen for their advanced and innovative application of total integrated project delivery and finding unique solutions for project challenges.
Award Winners exemplify the principles of interdisciplinary teamwork, innovation, and problem-solving that characterize design-build delivery, often breaking new ground in their approach and accomplishments.

Distinguished Leadership Awards
These awards are presented to individuals who have demonstrated leadership in the advancement of best design-build practices and of design-build as the project delivery method of choice.

Brunelleschi Lifetime Achievement Award
This award recognized personal achievement and its positive impact on the design and construction industry. The award is presented to an individual who has made significant contributions to the design and construction industry through outstanding leadership and the advancement of design-build delivery.
