Online Entry Form Requirements
To participate in the 2008 National Design-Build Project awards competition, you must complete and submit the online entry form.
Please review the following pages so you may collect and prepare all required information before entering the information online. All fields are required.
Be sure to select your contact persons carefully as they will be required to respond immediately to mailed and e-mailed communication regarding the competition, and if you should win, to confirm your company’s participation in the event.
Proofread the information you provide carefully. Should you win, it will be used exactly as entered for engraving of awards, presentations, printed materials at the awards ceremony and in the awards issue of Design-Build DATELINE, DBIA’s monthly journal.
After you complete the entry form online, print a copy of the confirmation page to be included in your entry submission binder. Please note that each submission requires a separate entry form.
The online entry form must be submitted no later than May 30, 2008. The binder with remaining entry submission requirements, copy of the completed online entry form and entry fee payment must also be submitted no later than May 30, 2008.
Please use a shipping service that provides tracking of packages so that you may confirm the DBIA national office received your binder entry.
