
The Design-Build Institute of America (DBIA) invites you to submit your successful design-build project(s) for our 2010 National Design-Build Project Awards competition. Completed entries and entry fee payments must arrive to the DBIA national office in Washington, D.C. no later than May 17, 2010.
To be considered for a National Design-Build Award, projects must demonstrate successful application of design-build principles, including collaboration in the early stages of the project and the acceptance of single-entity risk. The project must be completed on time, on budget and without litigation. Winning projects are honored for advanced and innovative application of total integrated project delivery and finding unique solutions to project challenges.

**Best Overall ** The jury will present a "Best Overall" Award to one submitted project. To be eligible, projects entries must select one of the 17 entry categories. All submissions will automatically be included in the Best Overall competition, regardless of size or sector, granted that they meet all other eligibility requirements. |

All project nominations must be entered into the Design-Build Project Database. Submission into the Online Design-Build Project Database is a competition requirement. Not entering into the database may be cause for disqualication (See "Overall Presentation & Conformance to Entry Requirements" in the Awards Criteria). All entries must be entered into the database no later than May 17, 2010.
ENTRY FEES:
All project submissions must be accompanied by a non-refundable entry fee of $450* for DBIA Members or $750 for Non-Members.
* To receive the DBIA Member rate, you must be an Industry Partner (organizational member). Individual membership do not qualify your firm for the member rate. To become an Industry Partner and qualify for the member rate, please contact Michelle Johnson at membership@dbia.org.

- October 18-20, 2010 - Presentation of Awards at 2010 Design-Build Conference & Expo in Las Vegas, NV
PRESENTATION OF AWARDS:
Award presentations will take place during the 2010 Design-Build Conference & Expo in Las Vegas, NV October 18-20, 2010. This physical award will be engraved with the project name, category and design-builder’s company name. Additional awards specifying the owner, engineer, architect or other team members may be purchased after the award ceremony through DBIA.
