Mr. Bhargava currently works full time for the U.S. General Services Administration as the deputy director for the Design and Construction Division and has 29 years of experience with GSA as a project manager, project executive and development director, as well as providing broad program management and executive leadership for major capital construction projects, leasing and facilities management in the National Capital Region. Extensive liaison with GSA executive management, Office of Management and Budget, federal agencies, construction management firms, design-build contractors, construction contractors, architectural firms, members of the U.S. Congress, state and local government and local community organizations. He provided critical leadership to ensure design and construction projects are successfully planned, developed, funded, launched and executed on time and within budget. In addition, he is also the branch chief for the GSA Professional Branch. He is a Warranted Contracting Officer and project execuctive for all State Department, Census and IRS projects. Mr. Bhargava is an adjunct professor of construction management at George Mason University.
