Functioned as Assistant Deputy Director responsible for DPW Project Management Division II including the courts, sheriff, probation, fire and earthquake recovery project sections.
Responsibility for planning and directing capital projects to accomplish major County strategic objectives through the successful delivery and management of capital projects and to provide support or staff services as needed to facilitate the accomplishment of these objectives.

Directed the FF&E planning and procurement control systems implementation for equipment programming through selection, bidding and issuance of purchase orders, resulting in the receipt and installation of fixtures, furniture and equipment procurements totaling $10 million.
