President of Pankow Operating, Inc, general partner of Charles Pankow Builders, Ltd. As President, Mr. Lum serves as part of the executive management team of the company. In his more than 23 years of service with Pankow, Mr. Lum has held a number of leadership positions and has been responsible for more than $800 million in completed construction projects. His prior assignments included Executive Vice President, Vice President / Regional Manager for Northern California, where he was responsible for the region’s business planning, personnel, contract negotiations and business development. Prior to that, he spent five years as Vice President/Regional Manager in Hawaii. Mr. Lum has also served in the field for eight years as on-site Project Engineer and Project Sponsor. His experience includes high-rise residential, commercial, retail, parking garages, hotel, office, retail renovation and civic center work.
