Mr. McMonagle directs AECOM Water’s North America design-build business, with overall responsibility for DB projects ranging from new water and wastewater treatment plants to construction of biosolids/municipal waste facilities. He has more than 30 years of experience specializing in the planning, design, construction and operation of water and wastewater treatment facilities, pump stations, wastewater collection systems and water transmission systems. In his former position as Chief Operating Officer for Metcalf & Eddy, Mr. McMonagle served as project executive for numerous large design build and water and wastewater programs providing technical, financial and risk management advice to various project teams. Mr. McMonagle also has expertise in program management, having directed major complex projects from planning and design through construction and start-up.
