Peter Kinsley, AIA, is Vice President and Water Division Leader for Haskell, America's design-build leader. As leader of the Water Division, he is responsible for developing design-build and construction management opportunities and markets as well as the strategic planning and financial performance of the division. He builds teams that include engineering firms and specialty subcontractors for the successful delivery of water and wastewater projects through integrated project delivery. He provides oversight for all phases of project delivery, including client relations, estimating, procurement, scheduling, contract administration, staffing, project controls and construction coordination.
Mr. Kinsley's experience includes lead management and direction of major projects in excess of $80 million, with an extensive knowledge of civil, structural, architectural, MEP systems and instrumentation.
His graduate studies were completed at Virginia Tech following receipt of his Bachelor of Engineering from Vanderbilt University. During his professional career, he has led an array of design-build and construction management projects, including water treatment, wastewater treatment, pumping stations, conveyance systems, infrastructure improvements, educational and telecommunication facilities for firms in Minneapolis, Roanoke and now Jacksonville.
