Shaun Yancey has over 27 years of diversified construction experience on large and small projects alike. For the past 23 years, he has worked for PCL Construction Services, Inc., one of the nations largest construction firms serving in various roles, quickly ascending to the position of Vice President in 1999.
With a strong emphasis on large fast-track commercial projects, Shaun has experience in multiple market sectors including hospitality, entertainment, resorts, airports, office buildings, governmental, educational, parking structures, manufacturing and industrial. Notable major project experience includes the Denver International Airport Terminal and Parking Structure, Universal Studios 20,000-car Parking Structure Complex, Ritz Carlton Resort in Aspen, CO, Disney’s Animal Kingdom, Disney’s Beach Club Villas, Disney’s Wilderness Lodge Villas and the Lafarge Gypsum Wallboard Manufacturing Plant.
In 1994, Shaun opened PCL’s southeastern regional-commercial buildings office in Orlando, FL. Starting without any contracts and only two employees, over the next eight years, he built the operation to its current strength employing 75 salaried professionals with annual revenue of approximately $100 million.
Some of Shaun’s greatest strengths include his teambuilding, management, and organization skills. His strong commitment to customer satisfaction has resulted in several repeat clients including demanding firms such as Walt Disney World.
