PCL Construction (design-builder) collaborated with Tetra Tech (designer-of-record) to create this state-of-the-art 53,304-square-foot steel maintenance facility and a 55,912-square-foot three-story administrative/warehouse building. The maintenance facility is a 650-foot long pre-engineered metal structure containing two elevated rail tracks, overhead bridge crane, jib cranes and industrial train maintenance equipment. The administration building is a railroad-aesthetic structural steel facility containing a modern warehouse fitted with a powered pallet rack system, yard personnel offices and health/wellness accoutrements.
