The Brigade Complex Company Operations Facility (COF) for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) – Omaha District at Fort Carson, Colorado, is a 56,000-square-foot facility comprised of three distinct modules serving two essential functions as office and warehouse space.
