The Brigade Complex Company Operations Facility (COF) for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) – Omaha District at Fort Carson, Colorado, is a 56,000-square-foot facility comprised of three distinct modules serving two essential functions as office and warehouse space. Rated “Outstanding” by USACE and LEED Gold certified, the most important distinction of this project is that it is said by the client to be “a high quality facility for the soldiers.”
