World’s largest, most complex yogurt processing plant. Encompasses 1M square feet; hosts 14 production lines; hyper-tracked in 10-months vs. two years construction cycle. From foundations to product trials on first two lines, team effort peaked at 1,000 workers, six days a week in two 10-hours shifts to complete this record-time project. Design-build selected because it provided most flexibility with many design and technology enhancements to be determined and the only method able to achieve 10-month delivery.
