Description:
Set on the historic St. Elizabeths West Campus, the USCG Headquarters is a 16-acre site composed of a 1.2-million-square-foot headquarters building, 800,000-square-foot parking garage and a central utility plant. Highlighting the project's LEED Gold certification are the sprawling 450,000 square feet of green roof installed on top of the headquarters and garage. The project anchors the Department of Homeland Security consolidated campus, which was acquired by the U.S. General Services Administration.
