About the Project:
At 12,000 square feet, the Café on the National Renewable Energy Laboratory campus in Golden, Colorado, can accommodate 240 guests at any given time. Use of the dining facility is staggered to accommodate campus employees while promoting the efficient and economic use of the dining hall throughout the day.  The foodservice design of the Café includes commercial grade, heavy-duty cooking, storage and preparation equipment with an acute focus on the lowest energy consumption available.
