Substituting for someone who's already registered?
Use our Substitution Registration Form - save the PDF to your computer, fill it in, print it out and bring it to the DBIA Registration Desk. You'll get all the materials and a new name badge right there.

Cancellation Policy
A $100 processing fee will be charged to all cancelled registrations. To receive a refund, your cancellation must be in writing and received at leat 10 working days prior to the first day of the conference. No refunds or credits will be granted after this deadline. Participants who are "no shows" will not be granted a refund or credit. Please fax any notice of cancellation to 1-866-893-3243.
