Federal Sector Conference!
August 21-23 in Arlington, VA

Last year’s Federal Project Delivery Symposium attracted a record number of federal agency/owners, designers, builders and other members of public project delivery teams. In response to demand, DBIA will return to the Crystal Gateway Marriott this August 21-23 for more education and networking. Aimed at enhancing professionalism in federal agency project procurement and delivery programs, DBIA’s Federal Sector Conference will explore best practices and lessons learned through case studies and discussion; provide perspectives from both agency insiders and successful project team members; and demonstrate how the shape of procurement and selection can positively affect budget and schedule. The timing is right, under current budget constraints, agencies must deliver more with less.

Registration Opens for 2012 Federal Conference

Register by July 13 and save $100 on the cost of a full conference registration. Group Rates are available for industry organizations sending six or more or government agencies sending three or more. 2012 Owner Scholarship Available

DBIA is now accepting applications for our Owner Scholarship Fund. The goal of these Funds is to advance the awareness, understanding and use of design-build among as many owners/government agencies as possible.   
 
Description of Funds: 
• Owner Education Fund:  Covers complimentary registration to the 2012 Federal Sector Conference
• Owner Travel Fund:  Used to offset all or a portion of an individual’s travel costs.  Recipients may apply to have coach airfare and lodging for up to three nights covered.
