Registration

Three Ways to Register:

2. Fax:  If you are paying by credit card or government purchase order, complete the registration form, and fax it to: 1-866-893-3243. To fax in your conference registration, please utilize our PDF version. 

3. Mail:  Mail completed registration form with check, government purchase order or credit card information to:  Conference Registration, 1100 H Street, NW, Suite 500, Washington, DC 20005.  To mail in your conference registration, please utilize our PDF version. 

Registration forms received without an indicated method payment cannot be processed. 

Additional Fees

Some elective events require separate fees.  Fee schedules for these specialty events are listed on the registration form under "Optional Activities".  Please insure you have registered for each event to which you will attend.

Registration Substitutions

You may substitute for registered participant at any time.  Please fax your substitutions to 1-866-893-3243 or email them to meetings@dbia.org.

Cancellation Policy

A $50 processing fee will be charged to all cancelled registrations. To receive a refund, your cancellation must be in writing and received at leat 10 working days prior to the first day of the conference. No refunds or credits will be granted after this deadline. Participants who are "no shows" will not be granted a refund or credit.
