Registration

Three Ways to Register:

1. Online:  If you are paying by credit card, you may REGISTER ONLINE. Please note that DBIA's online registration system requires that all users be registered with our site.  If you experience any difficulty, please contact DBIA directly at 202-682-0110.

2. Fax:  If you are paying by credit card or government purchase order, complete the registration form, and fax it to: 1-866-893-3243. To fax in your conference registration, please utilize our PDF version.

3. Mail:  Mail completed registration form with check, government purchase order or credit card information to:  Conference Registration, 1100 H Street, NW, Suite 500, Washington, DC 20005.  To mail in your conference registration, please utilize our PDF version.

IMPORTANT NOTE:
*Payment must accompany registration. Registrations will not be processed without full payment and/or purchase order information. Your registration confirmation will be emailed only after payment has been received and processed 

Group Discount

Register four or more people from the same company and receive a 15% discount off the total conference registration fee only (excludes optional activity cost). All individuals must register and pay at the same time. If there is a cancellation from one or more of the group, the discount becomes null and void. This offer may not be combined with any other DBIA discount. To take advantage of this offer, duplicate this form for each registrant and submit all forms and payment together.

Additional Fees

Some elective events require separate fees.  Fee schedules for these specialty events are listed on the registration form under "Optional Activities".  Please insure you have registered for each event to which you will attend.

Registration Substitutions

You may substitute for registered participant at any time.  Please fax your substitutions to 1-866-893-3243 or email them to meetings@dbia.org.

Cancellation Policy

A $100 processing fee will be charged to all cancelled registrations. To receive a refund, your cancellation must be in writing and received at leat 10 working days prior to the first day of the conference. No refunds or credits will be granted after this deadline. Participants who are "no shows" will not be granted a refund or credit.
