Evan Caplicki

Evan Caplicki is an attorney with Nossaman LLP. As part of the firm’s highly respected infrastructure practice group, he focuses on public contract law and construction litigation. He advises project owners on innovative contracting methods and public-private partnerships for large public infrastructure projects around the country. He has represented owners, contractors and subcontractors in a wide variety of transactional and litigation matters involving both public and private construction projects. His design-build work includes highways, bridges, toll roads, ferries, transit projects, buildings, and correctional facilities. Mr. Caplicki frequently speaks and writes on construction industry topics for organizations including the Design Build Institute of America, the American Bar Association and the American Society of Civil Engineers. He works in Nossaman LLP’s Los Angeles office and is admitted to practice in California, Colorado, Texas, and Washington.
