Mr. Hasbrook is Senior Vice President of W. W. Webber, LLC. He has been a member of the Design-Build Institute of America (a national non-profit organization dedicated to the successful use of integrated design and construction project delivery services) since its inception in 1993, and has served at local, regional, and national levels, including on both the Transportation and Education Committees, and as a national instructor.
With greater than 35 years in industry, Mr. Hasbrook is regarded as a strong advocate of design-build in both the public and private sectors, and has over 20 years of design-build experience on both the construction and design side including Department of Defense, Department of State, power, process, commercial, food and beverage, pharmaceutical, heavy/civil, transportation, and manufacturing industries on projects with a combined total installed cost of greater than $13 billion.
Before joining Webber, he was the President of Federal/Infrastructure for T. L. Wallace Construction, Vice President of Global Transportation Sales and Marketing for CH2M HILL, Vice President of North American Development for AMEC’s Industrial and Infrastructure group, Vice President of H. B Zachry (International) and Director of Business Development for Zachry Construction Corporation’s civil group.
He has served on numerous local, state, and federal design-build task forces. He is active in the local community on both Council and District levels for the Boy Scouts of America, and has served in numerous positions on a number of charitable boards and organizations including President of the Lone Star Chapter and National Trustee for the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, Junior Achievement, Society of American Military Engineers (SAME), Boundary Chairman for Northside School Board in San Antonio, Texas, member of the District-wide Education Improvement Council (DEIC) for Comal County ISD, Texas, and Board Member for organizations such as the San Antonio A&M Foundation and Youth Alternatives.
Mr. Hasbrook is a recognized lecturer/instructor, and has authored/co-authored numerous articles, presentations, and papers. He has a BBA from Texas A&M University with numerous executive courses from the University of Michigan Ross School of Business, University of Texas at Austin McCombs School of Business, and Harvard. He is a retired Gulf War-era Air Force reserve officer, and an active member in the Texas State Guard.
