Dan Osterman is a LEED™ Accredited Professional and has more than 40 years experience, including bid and negotiated work in both the private and public sector. His resume of projects range in value from $2,000,000 to more than $200,000,000, and include the aviation, casino, health care, hospitality, office, correctional, institutional, sports facility and university markets.
Dan maintains active memberships in the following organizations: ASPE (American Society of Professional Estimators), CSI (Construction Specifications Institute), DBIA (Design Build Institute of America – Current Chairman of the Sustainability Committee), and USGBC (Minnesota Chapter Board Member & Treasurer and Heartland Regional Council Representative). Mr. Osterman has been a member of the CSI Product Representative Advisory Group since 2002, past President of ASPE (Phoenix), former national liaison between USGBC and ASPE, past Chairman of the USGBC Arizona Chapter, past Membership/Sponsorship Chairman of the USGBC Minnesota Chapter and past adjunct faculty member at Arizona State University.
Mr. Osterman is a graduate of the University of Arizona, and is over 75% complete in the pursuit of his DBIA Professional certification.
