Mr. Reifsteckās 30 years in the construction industry provides him an extensive construction background with experience in a variety of industry sectors, including heavy manufacturing, residential, hotels, commercial office buildings, sports and entertainment arenas and complex specialty facilities.
As an experienced construction executive, Bill brings detailed experience in construction related topics such as support for and technical overview of all aspects of design and construction project management. His areas of expertise are cost analysis; fast tract integrated project procurement and other traditional project delivery processes. Bill will assist owners in their project management activities by participating in analysis of schedules and budget documents and monitoring the performance of work within the parameters defined for the project. Bill is also recognized as an industry leader in Design-Build team building as well as a facilitator of international construction projects. As a member of The Design-Build Institute of America, he participates in several committees that examine cutting edge technologies for virtual project management. His other areas of expertise include programming, design, construction documentation, project commissioning, and close out.
Bill has significant experience in the following areas:
- Developing project management control processes for a large ENR top 20 Design-Build Contractor.
- Establishing project controls, including estimating; budgeting; cost monitoring and forecasting for several ENR top 100 General Contractors.
- Schedule planning, monitoring and administration; manpower planning, forecasting and monitoring.
- Expert consultant on large international industrial projects as well as working with multi-national construction companies. Specialties include hardening of facilities, supply chain alternative resourcing, construction emergency response planning and industry specific disaster recovery.
- Expert consultant in industrial construction, healthcare, education and manufacturing.
