Chuck Williams, P.E., DBIA

As President of ODC Synergy, a consulting firm assisting owners, design and construction firms to be more successful in design – build project delivery and other progressive procurement methods.  ODC Synergy assists owners in training, risk management planning, procurement processes, and implementing projects.  ODC serves design and construction firms in their market planning, project evaluation, teaming approaches and arrangements, proposals, management tools and project execution.

Mr. Williams has over 30 years of design and construction experience in industrial plants, water and wastewater facilities, transportation facilities, high technology and general building projects.  Mr. Williams was the founding President of the DBIA Mid – America Chapter, and is a Designated Design-Build Professional by the Design Build Institute of America (DBIA).  He currently serves on the DBIA National Water and Transportation Committees.

Mr. Williams earned his bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from Villanova University, PA., a master’s degree in industrial engineering from Stanford University, CA, and he is a registered Professional Engineer.

Mr. Williams also chairs the ASCE Construction Committee Alternative Delivery Task Force.  He has presented on design – build topics at numerous national and regional professional conferences.
