The 2010 Edition of the DBIA Contracts and Exhibits is available
DBIA contract documents have proven their worth over the years and are known as a fair basis for successful projects.  In 2010, DBIA’s team of legal experts completed a significant revision to the full set of DBIA Contract Documents and Exhibits, with updates that reflect today’s concerns about electronic data handling, insurance and bonding, schedule changes and many other issues. Exhibits pertaining to BIM and sustainable project goals have been revised and insurance exhibits are now expanded to cover the entire design-build team.
