Orlando, Bradenton, FL — Finfrock Design-Manufacture-Construct has been selected to design and build an addition to an existing parking garage facility at Orlando Regional Healthcare. In addition, the firm has also been contracted to design and construct a garage facility for the City of Bradenton Judicial Center.
Atkinson and CH2M Hill Selected To Renovate Washington’s I-5
Renton, WA — The Washington State Department of Transportation has contracted Gus F. Atkinson Construction (a Clark Construction subsidiary) and CH2M Hill to collaborate in the design and construction of an expansion to Interstate-5, a major state highway. The $185 million design-build project will involve the widening of the highway in an effort to reduce vehicular traffic congestion.
Clark and Leatherwood Wins Restoration Project
Waynesville, NC — Clark and Leatherwood, Inc. were awarded a design-build contract to renovate and allocate space on a 20,000 s.f. former general merchandise store opposite Town Hall in Waynesville.

St. Louis, MO — Clayco has commenced design-build construction of a 22,000 s.f. headquarters facility for the law offices of Millsap & Singer.
O’Shea Begins Work on Cherry Hill Church
Springfield, IL — Harold O’Shea Builders has begun construction on the 50,000 s.f. Cherry Hills Baptist Church and educational facility, a design-build project that will feature conference halls, school rooms, a nursery, and a fellowship center with a seating capacity of 650.
Pro Con Commences Construction on 12th Marriott Residence Inn
Norwood, MA — Pro Con Construction, Inc. has started design-build construction of $7.1 million Residence Inn by Marriot. The 73,977 s.f. hotel will house 96 guestrooms and will be the twelfth Residence Inn by Marriot constructed by Pro Con.

Methuen, MA — Pro Con, Inc., serving as the design-builder, has completed framing for a 5,950 s.f. clubhouse as part of the Summit Place multi-residential apartment community, a $31.8 million project.
