St. Louis, MO — Clayco recently broke ground to mark the start of construction for the 900,000 s.f. Bottle District Development in St. Louis, MO. Clayco will serve as design and construction manager for the expansive $290 million project that will feature retail facilities, restaurants, and entertainment clubs, as well as residential space.
