Rockville, MD — Forrester Construction Company has been awarded the design-build Washington Christian Academy Phase I in Olney, MD. The $18 million project will include a new 60,000 s.f. academic building, 10,000 s.f. gymnasium, three ball fields, and site infrastructure.
All Children’s Selects Finfrock
St. Petersburg, FL — Finfrock Design-Manufacture-Construct has recently signed a design-build contract with All Children’s Hospital for the delivery of a $9.85 million parking garage to serve a new medical office building.

Distribution Center Underway
St. Louis, MO — Clayco and Forum Studio Inc. recently began building a new 420,000 s.f. design-build speculative warehouse in downtown St. Louis. The $12.6 million building will be one of the largest new distribution facilities in the city in years.
Completed Projects
New Facilities for Skyline
San Bruno, CA — Steinberg Architects, Hensel Phelps Construction Co., and Fentress Bradburn Architects, in a bridged design-build collaboration, had Skyline Community College’s new student union and science annex ready for students when they returned from their holiday break. The two buildings, totaling 67,803 s.f., were begun in October 2004 and completed in January 2007.
Clayco Completes CityPlace
St. Louis, MO — Clayco has completed construction of the 10-story design-build CityPlace Six office building in a mixed-use development in Creve Coeur. The $26 million project marked Clayco’s fifth collaboration with CityPlace’s developer, The Koman Group.
