Korte Breaks Ground
Henderson, NV — The Korte Company has broken ground on a new design-build shell and parking garage for the Crovetti Medical Center. The 39,725 s.f. project will accommodate the Bone & Joint Institute. The combined contract will exceed $11.5 million.

New Building at CCSN
Las Vegas, NV — Clark & Sullivan is teaming with H Architecture on the Community College of South Nevada’s design-build Transportation Technology Building. The 34,700 s.f., $8.1 million building is located on the Cheyenne Campus and will serve CCSN’s growing transportation program to meet the industry’s demand for well trained heavy equipment and big rig technicians.

Packaging Plant Completed
Wytheville, VA — Clayco served as the developer and design-builder for Amcor PET Packaging’s new design-build blowmolding plant. The fast-track project was operational in eight months, despite the need for unexpected soil remediation and 25 days lost to weather. The 713,000 s.f. plant represents an investment of approximately $80 million of processing equipment.
