Neal J. Angrisano, AIA, is the deputy director of facilities management for Johnson County, KS.  He is a registered architect and has directed the planning, design and construction of over $250 million in new capital construction for two public entities.  In addition to this, Neal spent 10 years in private practice with two nationally recognized architectural firms.  He was the 2000 president of the Kansas Chapter of the American Institute of Architects.  Neal is a member of the Design-Build Institute of America (DBIA) and the United States Green Building Council (USGBC). Neal received both his Bachelor and Master of Architecture from the University of Kansas.  He is also a faculty member of the University of Kansas School of Architecture and Urban Design, teaching several courses in the Master of Architectural Management program, including Project Delivery, Architect-Client Relations, and Alternative Careers for Architects.

Robert Banicki is president of Roof Products, Inc., Chattanooga, TN, and Phoenix, AZ, which specializes in manufacturing and nationwide distribution of roof curbs, adapter curbs, expansion joints, equipment supports, skylights, and other roof accessories. Mr. Banicki, with more than 40 years’ experience, is widely recognized as the foremost authority in the prefabricated roof curb industry.

Bob Brokamp is the OEM national account manager for DORMA Architectural Hardware, a division of DORMA Group North America, a group of companies including DORMA Glas, Modernfold, and DORMA Entrance Systems. DORMA Group North America manufactures and markets a wide range of products for the architectural openings industry. Bob has 25 years’ experience in the architectural hardware industry and is a current member of DBIA.

William O. Green, P.E., DBIA, LEED AP, is senior vice president of The RMH Group, Inc., based in Lakewood, CO, where he manages the design-build and industrial process divisions. Before joining RMH, Mr. Green was a project manager in the major projects group for Chevron USA at the El Segundo, CA, refinery. He has been with The RMH Group for 24 years, where he has held positions as project manager and client manager for several large industrial clients, marketing manager, information systems manager, as well as serving on the RMH board of directors for 17 years. Mr. Green led RMH into the design-build arena; RMH has performed as a prime design-builder on industrial projects since 1995. RMH first performed design-build in the late ‘70s on both commercial and industrial projects. Mr. Green has been active with Design-Build Institute of America since 1994 and is founding president of DBIA’s Rocky Mountain Chapter. He holds a B.S. degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Colorado, Boulder, and recently became certified as a Designated Design-Build Professional™ (DBIA). Mr. Green is a registered professional engineer and a member of the National Society of Professional Engineers, the American Society of Mechanical Engineers, and the American Council of Engineering Companies. He is also chairman of the National DBIA Chapter Leadership Committee.

Colette Jones is a marketing coordinator at The Scott Partnership Architecture, Inc., in Orlando, FL. She graduated from Tulane University in 1995 and is currently pursuing an MFA in Creative Writing at the University of Central Florida. Ms. Jones has over ten years of experience in marketing and public relations.

Dylan S. Richard, P.E., is a senior associate in the Tampa office of Walter P Moore, a national engineering consulting firm. He served as project manager for the structural engineering of the Buccaneers Corporate Headquarters and Training Facility.

Anthony Sirizzotti, RA, AIA, DBIA, LEED, is vice president of design with The Bannett Group in Cherry Hill, NJ. In this role, Anthony oversees all design and design-build projects. Anthony holds a degree in architecture from the New York Institute of Technology.  He is licensed in the states of New Jersey and New York.  He also held the office of President of the West Jersey Chapter of the American Institute of Architects (AIA) in 2001. The most recent position he held prior to joining The Bannett Group was project manager with Charles Matsinger Associates in Philadelphia, PA, and previously he served as director of architecture at The Bannett Group overseeing the construction documentation of all projects both major design-build and smaller renovation projects.

Doug Thimm, AIA, is vice president and director of the Resort and Mixed-Use Design Studio with MHTN Architects in Salt Lake City, UT. With more than 30 years experience, Mr. Thimm specializes in large-scale, complex mixed-use, resort, and commercial projects.

Jeff Turk, DBIA, is a project executive for Walton Construction Company in Kansas City, MO, which is ranked among the top 50 building contractors in the United States by Engineering News-Record. Mr. Turk has worked on numerous design-build projects including the award-winning US Central Credit Union Headquarters in Lenexa, KS. Mr. Turk is the president-elect of the Design-Build Institute of America’s Mid-America Chapter (DBIA-MAC) and has also served as treasurer for DBIA-MAC and as a principal member of the Education and Research Committee. Mr. Turk is a Designated Design-Build Professional™  and has a Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Engineering from Iowa State University.

Cara Woodson Welch, Esq., is Vice President, Advocacy and General Counsel with the Design-Build Institute of America (DBIA). She has over 15 years of association management, government affairs and legal experience. Prior to DBIA, she was the American Society of Landscape Architects (ASLA)‘s Legal Counsel and Director, Government Affairs. In that role, she headed up a government affairs department that focused on state and federal issues, including licensure, transportation, water/wastewater issues, historic preservation, parks and many other issues. Previously she has held positions at the National Association of Realtors, The American Institute of Architects and the National League of Cities. She has also held positions at all levels of government, federal, state and local. She holds a BA from Macalester College, St. Paul, MN and a JD from Georgetown University Law Center in Washington, DC. Cara is licensed to practice law in DC and Pennsylvania.
