New Business Park
NORTH CHARLESTON, S.C. - Clayco has been chosen to design-build the first three buildings on a 35-acre site, scheduled for completion at the end of 2008. The Remount Business Park will feature commercial space in the immediate vicinity of the Space and Naval Warfare System Center.
Panama Canal Expansion
DENVER - The Panama Canal Authority has awarded CH2M HILL the program management contract for the $5.25 billion Panama Canal Expansion program. The expansion involves building a new set of massive locks on both ends of the existing canal. Upon completion, scheduled for 2014 - the 100th anniversary of the original canal’s completion - it is expected to accommodate vessels up to 12,000 TEU (twenty-foot equivalent units) in size.
Earth Tech Partners with Plenary
MELBOURNE, Australia - Earth Tech Inc. has signed on with the Plenary Environment consortium to manage the design, construction, and operation of a thermal drying biosolids facility for Barwon Water, one of the largest water corporations in the state of Victoria.

ST. LOUIS - Clayco has teamed with Balke Brown Associates to develop the 255 Logistics Center — Building One in Sauget, Ill. Clayco is the design-builder on the 502,500-square-foot facility, with Balke Brown as the lead developer.
