ST. LOUIS — Clayco is serving as design-builder for an 80,000-square-foot speculative office building. The building, 825 Maryville, will offer garden views on three sides of the buildings, skylights, and adaptable space. It will accommodate a single tenant or multiple tenants.

New EPC Project in Singapore
DENVER — CH2M HILL has completed the engineering, procurement, and construction of the world’s first full-scale desalination plant to use large-diameter seawater reverse osmosis technology for PowerSeraya Ltd. in Singapore. The project was successfully delivered over a fast-track schedule of 18 months, from contract signing to plant handover.
