Thank You Herbert Hoover

WASHINGTON — The U.S. General Services Administration has awarded Grunley Construction Company, in a joint venture with Gilbane Building Company, a $40 million contract to manage the modernization of the Herbert C. Hoover Building, the headquarters for the U.S. Department of Commerce.

CDM Reaches Landmark

PASADENA, Calif. — CDM will lead the design and construction of a landmark restoration project for the Central Arroyo Seco Stream.

RQ Construction MOUTs Up

FORT IRWIN, Calif. — Soldiers will soon begin training on the largest Military Operations in Urban Terrain (MOUT) in the Army inventory, with design-build the preferred method used by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. Phase 1 was completed in just eight months. RQ Construction of Bonsall, Calif., was awarded the construction contract.
