Clayco-Legacy
ST. LOUIS — Clayco Inc. and its joint venture partner, Legacy Building Group, have been awarded new project work for BJC HealthCare and its member hospital Progress West HealthCare Center in O’Fallon, Mo. The team will construct a 40,000-square-foot data center for BJC that will be built to achieve LEED Gold certification and a 60,000-square-foot medical office building that will achieve LEED Core and Shell Certification.

The Road More Travelled
WASHINGTON — On Dec. 13, Skanska USA Civil opened two additional through lanes to traffic on I-495 at the Route 1 Interchange in Alexandria, Va. Two lanes in the opposite direction had been opened a week before. These new lanes are part of the Woodrow Wilson Bridge Corridor Improvements; the remaining sections of the interchange are scheduled to be completed on time.
