Balfour Beatty to Acquire PB
Balfour Beatty Construction has agreed to acquire Parsons Brinckerhoff for $626 million. Shareholders of both organizations need to approve the acquisition before closing.
In Memoriam
Ralph R. Peterson Passes Away
On September 1, Ralph R. Peterson passed away at his home in Denver after a long battle with cancer. Mr. Peterson joined CH2M HILL in 1965 and from 1991 through 2008 served as the firm’s chief executive officer.
