Owner Resources

Owners are organizations and individuals who control the design and construction decision process. Owners decide what is built, when, and how.  Owners with vision are choosing to accomplish an ever increasing percentage of their design and construction requirements using design-build. They recognize that successful design-build requires a higher level of learning and and improved set of skills.

DBIA offers Owners various education tools and resources.

The Owners Council is an owners-only forum that allows the opportunity to ask questions and review lessons learned with other owners experienced in design-build and various project delivery methods.  Interested in learning more? Contact Lisa Washington.

The Industry Market Committees - Water/Wastewater & Transportation - offer a valuable resource for discussion and communication with industry leaders. Interested in learning more? Contact DBIA.
