Design-Build Project Database

Design-Build Project Database

Enter Database

Please note: DBIA strongly urges you to create a text file with the information and copy and paste from that file into the online form. Use the Sample Project Database Form as a guide to the information you'll need to enter. Uploading extremely large photos will cause the server to timeout and all of your data will be lost. DBIA suggests submitting smaller photos (or none at all) in order to avoid this possibility. For the best results, save each image as a 72 dpi jpeg.

Please note: We strongly suggest you do your Project Database entry early. Last year, right before the deadline, the system crashed repeatedly because of the heavy traffic. Avoid the rush! do your database entry as early as possible.

All new entries are checked for completeness before they become public. If you enter a project and want to review or print out the entry, it will take a little time.

This database consists of completed design-build projects. By using the link above to access the database, you will have the ability to search or add new projects for public viewing. (Since much of the information is only available once a project is complete, please do not try to enter a project which is still under construction.)

How to Search: To see a listing of all projects in the database click “Run Search”. To help narrow your search, you may select more than one search criteria. If you know the name of the project you are looking for, you may type in all or part of the project name and/or Design-Build Firm. Clicking on one of the column headers will sort the database entries by that criterion.

How to Add a Project: To add a project to the Design-Build Project Database, click the "Add a Project" link on the top left corner of the database screen. Keep in mind that you must complete all project information at once. You do not have the ability to "save" and complete missing information at a later date. Use the Sample Form to determine what information you will need to properly enter your project.  Note: You may find it more effective to create a text file with all the information and copy and paste it into the online form.

When will your Project be Searchable: Your project will not be searchable immediately. In order to maintain a quality database, DBIA reviews each submission before it is released into the public search engine. Depending on the number of pending submissions, this approval process can take up to 72 hours.
