DBIA and the Water Design-Build Council released their new PDB Agreement to the public today. The agreement is designed for owners and design-build practitioners interested in pursuing the collaboration, innovation and efficient project delivery that comes with progressive design-build. are known as a fair basis for successful projects. In 2010, DBIA’s team of legal experts performed a complete revision that encompasses electronic data handling, insurance and bonding, schedule changes and many other issues.
All documents are downloadable in Microsoft Office format and can be edited to suit specific projects and needs.
