DBIA, in collaboration with the Water Design-Build Council (WDBC), is offering for purchase WDBC’s 4th Edition of the Water and Wastewater Design-Build Handbook. The Handbook provides owners of municipal and private systems the answers to their questions as to how to achieve a successful design-build project. This 4th Edition has been updated and expanded to include clear direction to those responsible for procuring, designing and building public and private water or wastewater capital projects in applying best practices for collaborative delivery methods.

DBIA's Contract Documents and Forms
DBIA contract documents
are known as a fair basis for successful projects. In 2010, DBIA’s team of legal experts performed a complete revision that encompasses electronic data handling, insurance and bonding, schedule changes and many other issues.
All documents are downloadable in Microsoft Office format and can be edited to suit specific projects and needs.
Your purchase provides you a license to use the document that is effective for one year from the date of purchase. The license can easily be renewed in the bookstore.
DBIA members receive a 50% discount on contract documents. Simply sign in
on this site to obtain the coupon code in the Resources section. Then go to the online bookstore to set up an account and make your purchase.
