Resources

New Membership Services - Member Only Content

DBIA has compiled a variety of resources to help you and your project team navigate the world of integrated project delivery. From general market trend data to sample contract documents, everything about design-build you need can be found in the DBIA Resources section.  Additional materials include:  the DBIA project database, DBIA’s IQ Magazine, key research findings and industry news.

Within this section you will also find an overview of key principles consistently present when design-build performs at its best, with a focus on concepts that experience and research have demonstrated work consistently and achieve the best results. Once basic design-build concepts are mastered, those involved in the project delivery process can use the flexibility inherent in design-build to then develop specific approaches as needed to address particular circumstances to achieve an optimum outcome.

DBIA Members: The Member-Only Content page is available. When you log in, you will automaticaly be directed to that page.
