DBIA Contracts and Exhibits

DBIA contract documents have proven their worth over the years and are known as a fair basis for successful projects. In 2010, DBIA’s team of legal experts performed a complete revision that encompasses electronic data handling, insurance and bonding, schedule changes and many other issues. In 2012, a Standard Form of Agreement Between Design Consultant and Design Sub-Consultant and a Standard Form of Teaming Agreement Between Design-Builder and Teaming Party were added in response to industry requests.
