How will I receive the DBIA Design-Build Model Contracts once I purchase them?
CD orders in the Continental United States are sent via Federal Express Ground or Standard Overnight for Rush Deliveries. International Orders are sent via USPS International Priority or Express Mail International for Rush Deliveries.
Microsoft Word downloadable documents are accessible through your DBIA personal profile. Once you are logged in, go to the top right hand corner of the screen and click on the "View Profile" tab. You will see a set of tabs at the top of the page, click on the "View Downloads" tab. The files you ordered will be stored there.
Your files are available to view and download for 1 year from the date of purchase and, in accordance with the DBIA License Agreement, you acknowledge that DBIA Construction Documents are protected by the copyright laws of the United States and you have a limited nonexclusive license to: (a) Use DBIA Contract Documents on any number of machines owned, leased or rented by your company or organization; (b) Use DBIA Contract Documents in printed form for bona fide contract purposes; and (c) Copy DBIA Contract Documents into any machine readable or printed form for backup or modification purposes in support of your permitted use.
